The only things not included are your travel to Calgary, and one lunch during the Banff excursion day.
Fly into Calgary International Airport (YYC). The group will meet in Calgary on Friday morning and drive together through the Rockies to Banff, then on to the venue. It's a stunning drive and the retreat energy starts the moment we're in the car together. All logistics and meeting point details will be shared after you secure your spot.
Yes — our menu is built around nourishing, whole food meals that naturally include plenty of gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian options. If you have specific allergies or dietary needs, let us know when you register and we'll make sure you're fully taken care of. Food is part of the experience — you will be well fed and well nourished.
Travel to and from Calgary is not included in your ticket — you'll arrange your own flights or drive in. Once you're in Calgary, we drive to the venue together as a group. One lunch during the Banff excursion day is also at your own cost. Everything else from the moment we arrive at the villa is fully taken care of.
